Job Description TITLE: AX Functional Consultant SCMREPORTING TO: Project ManagerWORKING LOCATION: BangaloreOVERALL OBJECTIVES: Work on highly complex global MBS Dynamics Axapta applications and provide functional expertise in designing and supporting Trade and Logistics processes for mostly internal clients spread worldwide. Must have familiarity of Manufacturing , Production and Warehouse management processes within MBS Dynamics Axapta application. Must ensure overall customer satisfaction in every aspect. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Ability to partner with the business and put in strong process and controls.2. Expectation to be hands on - prepared to get into the detail.3. Determine and translate business requirements into functional requirements.4. Determine gaps between business requirement and system , and solutions to address the gaps.5. Document the solution design document based on gaps identified , as well as for the standard functions to meet the client needs.6. Work with the development team to ensure the end solution meets the defined requirements as listed in the solution design documents.7. Willingness to travel when required.8. Good problem solver.9. Any other ad - hoc duties as and when required.OTHER ASSIGNMENTS:1. Periodically report environments health and statistic details to relevant stakeholders.2. Analyze the trends associated with the incidents and service requests and report potential areas improvement or risk to appropriate stakeholders.3. Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.REQUIRED PROFILE:Initial Educational Background: MBA (Operation) or Equivalent with the relevant experience.MBS Dynamics Axapta T&L certification on AX 2012.Technical skills: 3 - 5 years of consulting experience with in depth knowledge in SCM functions of MS Dynamics Axapta and mostly in AX 2012;Hands on experience in Supply Chain Functions of AX Item , Inventory , Procurement , Order ManagementKnowledge on the Finance functions of AX 2012 desirable;Ability to work in a dynamic & fast paced environment;Should possess experience in handling post production support and Familiarity in using ticketing toolsPersonal Qualities: Excellent Business communication skillsStrong time management skill and multitasking abilities;Required to be communicative and social , capable of creating great interpersonal relation skills at all levels of the organization and be able to work with teams spread across the globe;Enthusiastic , full of high - energy , capable of contaminating others with the energy;Proactive in assuming the responsibility for successfully completing assignment or tasks;Self - imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.Travel: Travel to Eurofins facilities mainly located in Europe and US as required,
