Job OverviewOffering targeted technical engagements to solve business problems to by identifying opportunities and delivering services proactively Organization / Delivery of services such as Technical Webcasts, Presentations, Skills Transfer, Architecture planning/guidance to partners on Microsoft Solutions. Be a point of contact for all proactive technical engagementsCandidates Profile:Looking for the good experience in ERP s i.e. Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations / Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta)Hands on experience in Functional /Business process in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or AX 2012 version is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain management is required for this Functional role.Expertise on any one of module of Manufacturing/Retail/TMS WMS is mandatory.Expertise on LCS is Required.Expertise on Power BI and Power Apps are added advantage.Working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership for product improvement in key product areas.Represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service in regard to finding solutions for technically complex problems identified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.Providing technical consultation to Microsoft Gold partners for end to end deploying, planning architectural guidance and best practices laid by Microsoft for Axapta.Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with the customers and thoroughly documenting their cases.,
