Sony India Software Centre (SISC) - Company Overview Experience: 6 ~ 9yrs Position:1Description: Mandatory Skills: We seek a specialist with expertise to design and develop end to end solutions on the Azure platform for BI and Reporting projects Overall 6-8 years of experience in Datawarehousing/ BI projects on Microsoft Stack(SQL Server, MSBI) 2+ years of Deep technical knowledge/ expertise in the following Azure services Azure SQL Data Warehouse/ DB, Azure Data Factory, Analysis Services, Storage, PowerBI and HDInsight. Prior experience in the design, configuration, administration, security and deployment of the SQL Server Database engine Strong working knowledge on SQL Server 2014/ 2016 Experience on Data Modeling Expertise in T-SQL, Stored Procedure development, Performance Optimization Experience on atleast 2 to 3 end-to-end BI / DW development lifecycles Ability to take Complete ownership of building Azure solutions from requirements to rollouts Ability to translate the business requirements to Functional/ technical Specs Nice to Have Exposure and atleast one project experience on Agile Methodology Exposure to LogicApps, PowerShell, Python ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop new solutions on the Azure Platform specifically for Azure SQL Data Warehouse/ DB, Azure Data Factory, Analysis Services, Storage, PowerBI and HDInsight. Analyze current BI requirements with relevant stakeholders, including security team, application team and Azure partners. Prepare plans to address non-functional requirements, including security, AD, integration, performance, scalability, and data federation in a hybrid cloud architecture. Prepare relevant prototypes for specific Azure services, where needed.,
