Job Description

Ideal Candidate Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop back-end systems using Java and the Spring Boot framework
    • Work with Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications
    • Implement Postgres as the primary data store for the system
    • Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
    • Participate in code reviews to ensure the code quality and adherence to best practices
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely and efficient manner
    • Continuously improve software engineering practices
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end development using Java
    • Strong experience with Spring Boot framework
    • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
    • Strong understanding of Postgres and database design principles
    • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Strong understanding of security and data protection best practices
