    Hiring forBackground Verification AssociateRoles and Responsibilities:Maintain effective record keeping for all background checks being conducted, tracking the end-to-end process from initiation to completion and post completion activities like resource onboarding.Ensure background verification is initiated through appointed vendor, as applicable as per the company policy guidelinesMust have problem solving and decision making skills.Ensuring that the appropriate background check(s) are conducted on the candidate/employee as outlined in the policyEnsuring all the BGC reports for completed candidates/employees are available in the databaseSuccessful track record of managing Back ground check vendors to track their performance.Desired Candidate Profile:
