Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose: Discovery and Translational Medicine at BBRC/Syngene is seeking an experienced associate scientist to support our novel translational research programs spanning multiple therapeutic areas in oncology, immunology and fibrosis.Key Responsibilities: Executing biomarker assays in assay development, validation, and testing clinical samples (under GCLP guidelines would be great). Identify and troubleshoot assay performance issues during runs. Document, evaluate, and present scientific data for the methods/assays in reports and communications to peers and/or management. Learn and implement new technologies for the improvement of assay quality, throughput, general and automated laboratory processes. Obtain relevant information from published literature, both internal and external to solve scientific questions and apply knowledge to development of biomarker assays. Maintain compliance with company and department guidance documents (SOPs, Policies, Work Instructions, etc.), GCLP guidelines, safety and other industry guidelines (e.g. those published in consortia White Papers). Ensures that notebooks and other documentations are up-to-date as per departmental guidelines Maintain laboratory instruments and address issues.Educational Qualification: .M.Sc / M.TechTechnical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points):The candidate should have experience in below
