Job Description

    Required Skills:

    Preferred Professional Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, B.Tech or related field.
    • Proven track record of minimum 8 years in business development, sales, and account management in the staffing or resource augmentation industry.
    Responsibilities
    • Top Line Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, with a primary focus on elevating a business through resource augmentation services.
    • Demand Generation: Implement lead generation strategies leveraging various channels to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
    • Client Acquisition and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Market Analysis & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market dynamics and maximize revenue potential.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and recruitment to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational goals and objectives and seamless execution of client onboarding.
    • Opportunity Identification: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and optimizing strategies to maximize conversion rates and also oversee the pool of resources.
