  • Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan.
  • Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan.
  • Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maitained as per the plan
  • Understand, Monitor & Develope the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression from
  • TAs to SAs and AOs as per the Agency Structure.
  • Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life Division
  • Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
  • Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis.Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis.
  • Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on a ongoing basis.
  • Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company.
