The Finance Data & Insights Team is an agile product team responsible for developing, producing, and transforming financial data and reporting across CCB. The vision is to improve the lives of people and increase value to the firm by leveraging data and the best tools to analyze data, generate insights, save time, improve processes, control, and lead the organization in developing future skills.**Role Overview:**As an Analytical Solutions Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Finance Data & Insights Team, you will be part of a team responsible for developing, producing, and transforming financial data and reporting.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop data visualization solutions using ThoughtSpot / Tableau to provide intuitive insights to key stakeholders.- Enhance Alteryx workflows to collect data from different sources and summarize it based on stakeholder requirements.- Conduct thorough control testing of the intelligence solution to ensure accuracy.- Understand stakeholder use cases to anticipate their requirements and objections.- Become a subject matter expert and support team members in improving their proficiency.- Lead intelligence solution requirements gathering sessions and project planning using JIRA.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative/financial areas.- Experience with business intelligence, analytics, and data wrangling tools like Alteryx, SAS, or Python.- Proficiency in relational databases, SQL optimization, report creation, and ad-hoc analyses.- Ability to interpret unstructured data and draw objective inferences.- Strong communication skills to interact with various levels of management and business partners.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Experience with big-data query tools like Hive, Spark SQL, Impala, or ThoughtSpot.- Motivated to learn new technologies like AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or Cloud Data Warehousing.- Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced data visualization and presentations, preferably with Tableau.- Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics projects related to financial services.The company is looking for someone with Adobe Analytics, Data Analytics, SQL, Attribution Modeling, Power BI, R, Regression Analysis, Data Visualization, Tableau, Data Mining, SAS, and Analytics skills.This is a full-time position with no specified number of years of experience required.
