Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for Design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Dashboards on either Pyramid analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview or Spotfire Discuss with Business users to define and document new or enhanced visualization requirements. Translate business requirements into report/dashboard specification documents that can be used for development Liase with Business Users, DW Architects to Plan and schedule new reporting solution projects, including software upgrades and performance optimization Provide training and assistance to business users on the reporting tool for generation of reports and dashboards. Understand pre- designed insurance- specific target data models, meta data layer and data marts Ensure proper configuration management and change controls implemented in your sphere of influence Establish quality metrics and ensure its implementation Requirements 5- 6 years of related experience with at least last 3 years experience as a Lead Report Developer in developing reports and dashboards using either Pyramid analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview or Spotfire Proficient in scripting languages like R, Python, JavaScript Practical experience on any of the open source Visualization tools like D3JS, Vega Light, DCJS Strong Knowledge of Big Data, Data- Lake and Data Virtualization Should have working experience in Agile & Scrum Methodologies Should have good understanding of OLAP cubes and underlying star schema designs. Proficient in SQL debugging and performance tuning Good to have working experience of RESTful APIs and webservices Good verbal and written communication in English, Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem- solving abilities. Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites across the globeReferral,
