You will be leading Sales Support and technical solution team for Power & Water portfolio of the business. You will be working closely with the Asia Hub organization or INOPC sales support management for Asia Hub for delivering Innovative Power & Water Automation and life cycle improvement solution in line with customer requirement and bidding strategy.Your responsibilities

  • Leading the high performing Power and Water solution team, managing productivity, driving standardization, delivering quality and competitive solution.
  • Participating in bidding strategy, cost optimization, technical solution innovation and supporting project handover.
  • Managing timely technical and commercial offer delivery, monitoring quality of bids and driving productivity.
  • Reviewing, managing and contributing to the preparation of all technical (e.g. defining the most suitable technology and product type(s)), financial (e.g. total price sheet, cash flow analysis) and necessary project management (e.g. estimation of hours of engineering and commissioning) aspects of the bids or estimations or quotations, indicating prices and trading conditions.
  • Identifying potential technical and implementing related risks and suggesting suitable mitigation for those in the bids, quotations, and estimations.
  • Identifying potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and evaluating supplier offers to check match with specifications by working closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.
  • Ensuring adhering to business governance and procedure.

Your background
  • A bachelor s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation.
  • Minimum 9 - 15 years of relevant experience within the Energy industry.
  • Bids or sales experience in automation projects is required.
  • Should have experience in automation projects for Power and Water industries.
  • Good knowledge of system architecture design, automation cabinet design, control logic configuration, graphics & report configuration, training simulator, plant historian, interface management with various packages and field devices.
  • Should have strong customer management experience, positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
