Setting up customer s billing, processing and analyzing data, producing invoices and billing reports for Singleview Service Bureau Customers.This position supports SV Service Bureau customers directly by phone or e-mail to address their billing or application questions and issues. May be asked to oversee the production activities of Associate Billing Analysts and Clerks when assigned to do so. This role will exercise discretion and independent judgment under general supervision.Producing and analyzing billing reports for service bureau customers.Analyzing the results of processed files and making corrections in the databases or on the data if needed.Use Intec s Singleview Software.Responsible for compiling bill count reports and providing invoicing data to the finance department.Independent interaction with customers concerning SV and their billing.Management of data to produce invoices for mailing /shipping per billing schedule.Maintain customer data in database.Monitor customer email inbox.Use other software for tracking and analysis of data.Provides guidance to SV analysts and Technical Consultants.Identifies problems/issues during billing cycles and solves or requests assistance in solving.May assist less experienced peers.May oversee the production activities of Associate Billing Analysts and Clerks when assigned to do so.Latitude for independent judgment/action.Work on moderately complex activities.Other duties as assigned.c) Key Outputs & Accountabilities: 5 maximum, ie what does the role achieve / deliver for the Company)Complete customer billings on time, respond to customers inquires and ensure effective communication is given to internal and external contacts.d) Decision Making/IndependenceLevel Descriptor:Exercises reasonable level of discretion whilst under general direction or supervision of others.,
