Summary We are looking for a reliable Billing Executive to perform tasks that will help us monitor our revenues. The goal is to contribute to the accurate preparation of invoices receivable and safeguard the companys income.Key Responsibilities Collect all information needed to calculate bills/invoices receivable (invoice amounts, discount rates etc.).Check the data input in the system to ensure accuracy of final bill.Issue invoices/ bills and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.).Update payments received through various methods (card, PayPal, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.Update records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.Answer queries and handle complaints from external and internal customers regarding bills/invoices.Report on billing activity to higher management.interested candidates are required to send their resume to tecksolutions12@gmail.com
