    Job summaryAmazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Billing and Payments Specialist for its Ship with Amazon Program team.Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:a. Manage/handle operations related to Billing and Payments for Shippers and aggregators being launched.b. Work with key stake holders across various functions to identify defects and define solutions.c. Setup and manage end-to-end processes to reduce the payment defaults from the shippers thus reducing the Business risk exposure for Ship With amazon.d. Monitor key metrics on the program and work with all involved stakeholder teams to drive necessary action with field teams, business, finance, sales and leadership teams, to achieve goals. Manage Daily/weekly performance, build mechanisms to detect and drive down defects and work on continuous improvements for all processes.e. Continuous Improvements; proactively identify and implement operational enhancements that meet business requirements.About the teamAmazon Shipping (SWA) is an entrepreneurial business which is growing at an incredible pace where we externalize Amazon transportation service to cater to Non-Amazon volumes of any sellers/shippers/marketplaces in India. We aim to scale to become a trusted, innovative and established parcel delivery service partner in India, built on Amazon s world-class logistics network, delivery experience and customer service. We partner with e-Commerce retailers of all sizes to simplify their operations, lower their cost, and unlock more sales., Basic Qualificationsa. Basic Degree/Bachelors from a reputed universityb. Min 1 yr of experience, preferably in logistics industry.c. Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goalsd. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmente. Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.f. Strong Analytical skills: Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks. Preferred QualificationsStrong analytical and data gathering skills (SQL), including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights
