To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials:As a BIM Modeler, you will be working on a large variety of fast paced Structure, Bridges, Civil and Infrastructure, design development and detailed design projects, and be able to work along with a large team of BIM modelers, achieving delivery schedules.ResponsibilitiesDesign and perform BIM Modelling for specific design discipline using AECOsim / MicroStation under the supervision / direction of Principal BIM modeller / BIM Manager.Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.Clean up and synchronize models/drawings on a daily basis to the cloud collaboration platform.Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.Report regularly to Principal BIM Modeler / BIM Manager on the progress of work.Ensure all exported information are recorded in the correct directory.Implement Quality ControlCollaborate and coordinate with other disciplines regarding design-changes and model changes;Adhere to the BEP and BIM project workflow criteria;Follow BIM content standards and development procedures;Prepare discipline model and/or content for BIM coordination meetings;Export i-model/NWC/IFC and other formats for collaboration internally and externally;Mandatory Skills:AECOsim and MicroStationKey Competencies / SkillsHave a minimum of 2 to 5yrs experience in BIM modelling on either Structure, Civil, Infrastructure or Bridge large scale projectsHave a degree or diploma holder in civil or structural, reflecting the required BIM modelers positionBe certified and experienced in any or more of the following according to the BIM modelling positiono AECOsim and MicroStation for Civil and Structural modellingo OpenBridge and ContextCapture, GenertaiveComponenets for infrastructure designo Bentley Navigator, iModel, Solibri, LumenRTBe experienced in working collaboratively on a cloud CDE (ProjectWise)What do we offer We offer a dynamic challenging job with international focus in a pleasant working climate, attention to education and a competitive remuneration package reflecting the seniority of the role.
