Job Description

      DAILY WALK-IN :
      FROM - 3-10-2019-Daily.
      TIME - 10 am - 5 P.M.
      VENUE - Featherlite The Address,
      Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd, Chandana, Kadabeesanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103. 6th Floor.
      About the Role:
      It is an Inbound calling role, wherein the candidate will be responsible for interacting with the various Clients of BlackBuck.com and handling their grievances.
      Key Responsibility Areas:
      Interacting with corporate customers on calls / emails ( handling already acquired corporate customers with post sales hand-holding and deliverables )
      Assisting Client in understanding the functionalities of BlackBuck.com and providing resolutions to their recruitment related queries.
      Creating high trust value preposition and making clients understand various service offerings and the functionalities of Blackbuck.com website.
      Solving queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and providing resolution within the defined TAT.
      Coordinating with other departments on a daily basis and following up with them diligently.
      Working on different CRMs and reporting tools ensuring productivity and quality standards being met as expected.

      Freshers with good communication skills in Hindi can apply.
      Experience in sales / marketing / BD / client handling / customer service / interaction.
      Can-do attitude with ability to manage multiple tasks in tight timeline frames.
      Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and quality.
      Must be patient and a good listener to answer customer query and concerns.
      Excellent customer handling and customer engagement skills.
