Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesFor Inbound Calls
    • Handle incoming customer calls in Hindi and English.
    • Listen to customer queries and provide relevant information or support.
    • For Outbound Calls
      • Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, reminders, or surveys.
      • Explain products/services clearly in both languagesRequired Skills & Qualifications
        • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
        • Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, CRM tools).
        • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
        • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
        • Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
        • Prior call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Preferred Qualities
          • Positive attitude and polite telephone manners.
          • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
          • Quick learner and adaptable to new processes.
          • Team player with a customer-first approach
