Job Description

    Branch Relationship Manager (BRM)Grade:M3 - Manager Job Profile
    • Developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer (HNI)relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
    • Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
    • Cross-sells bank products to the existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.
    • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
    • Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
    • Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.
    • Responsible for successfully contacting 20 customers per day.
    • Responsible for meeting 4 customers/ prospects per day.
    • Responsible for 2 product sales (CASA, TD, SIP, MF, Insurance, Gold, Demat, Asset, Gift Card etc.)
