We are a strategy-first brand consultancy working across brand strategy, identity, packaging, digital experiences, websites, content, performance marketing and growth for startups and global organisations.Role OverviewAs a Brand & Marketing Executive, you will support branding and marketing projects from strategy through execution. You will work closely with the Founder, designers, clients and external partners to deliver high-quality work across branding, content, project management, performance marketing and production.Brand Strategy & ResearchConduct market, category and competitor research.Support qualitative and quantitative consumer research.Analyse trends and consumer insights.Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging frameworks and communication strategies.Prepare research summaries, strategic documents and presentations.Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy workshops.Content & Brand CommunicationDevelop content calendars across digital platforms.Write and coordinate social media copy and communication.Prepare creative briefs for designers and creative partners.Ensure communication aligns with the clients brand strategy and tone of voice.Coordinate revisions and approvals until final sign-off.Support website and marketing copy where required.Performance MarketingPlan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns using data.Develop high-performing ad creatives with the creative team.Understand awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion objectives.Prepare performance reports and recommendations.Focus on delivering measurable ROI for assigned accounts.Project ManagementManage multiple client projects simultaneously.Track timelines and deliverables using ClickUp.Maintain documentation, approvals and project files.Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs and follow-up actions.Coordinate internal teams and proactively resolve bottlenecks.Client ServicingAct as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.Coordinate feedback, approvals and project requirements.Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.Translate client feedback into actionable internal briefs.AI & ProductivityUse Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar platforms for research, strategy, ideation, content creation and execution.Continuously evaluate new AI tools to improve workflows and client outcomes.Production & Vendor ManagementCoordinate and oversee photo and video shoots.Manage photographers, videographers, editors, printers, production partners and freelancers.Coordinate quotations, timelines and quality checks.Travel to client locations, shoots and production sites whenever required.Operations & Internal ProcessesMaintain organised project documentation and ClickUp updates.Support proposal development and pitch presentations.Help improve internal processes and SOPs.Skills & ExperienceRequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, advertising, digital marketing or account management.Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing fundamentals.Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing.Ability to optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI.Proficiency with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and project management abilities.High attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops and production shoots.PreferredExperience with Canva and presentation tools.Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management software.Working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing reporting.Experience coordinating creative productions and managing external vendors.Basic understanding of website projects and digital user experiences.What Success Looks LikeProjects delivered on time and to a high standard.Excellent client communication and service.Meta campaigns delivering measurable ROI.Clear internal briefs and smooth project execution.Effective use of AI to improve efficiency and quality.Strong ownership and proactive problem solving.Why Join VamosYoull work directly with the Founder, contribute to strategy as well as execution, and gain exposure across branding, design, content, production and growth marketing while working with ambitious startups and global brands.
