Job Description

    Job Description
    • Having 12+ years of SAP experience and minimum 5+ years of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) experience with at least 3 E2E Implementations
    • To enable Digital Business with necessary Digital Process Capabilities for effective and efficient operation.
    • Lead establishment of new business models with holistic view of end to end process landscape
    • To review the current digital capabilities w.r.t. strategic direction of the company and define the next steps towards bridging the gap in terms of IT architecture
    • Constantly look for possible disruptions in IT systems and macro-environment influencing IT services.
    • Having deep experience with SAP BRIM solution design and integrations with other third party tools and solutions to meet the business goals
    • Having excellent understanding and experience in Order to Cash process
    • Having deep knowledge and experience working on different modules of SAP BRIM (SOM, CC, CI and FICA), also experience in their integration with different third party tools
    • Having good experience working on different implementation methodologies (Waterfall, ASAP, SAP Activate and Agile)
    • Identify the risks and issues relating to IT solution and provide the best ways to mitigate them.
    • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solution to the key stakeholders and ability to prepare well defined documentation
    Overall experience in for Digital Business process, IT & related services & project management about 12-15 years:
    • Information Technology experience in B2C and Digital Business
    • Solutioning expertise with SAP BRIM FICA and India GST Tax processes experience is a must
    • SAP Certification in Hybris Billing of S/4HANA BRIM
    • Project management implementing large scale IT projects
    • Agile working principles and methodologies in practice
    • Leadership experience in a matrix organizational setup
