Job Description

  • 3 to 7 years of experience of mortgage in NBFCs
Directly Reports to:
  • Cluster Manager
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Manager:
  • Responsible for empaneling and development of internal team of sales officers or external channel partners (DSAs) from SBL/LAP/HL segment.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales and cross-sell targets, customer satisfaction, productivity and thus enhance profitability through the DSA channel.
  • Responsible for establishing the Piramal brand and managing the sales and business development activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service which includes query resolution of the customer, completion of the task within the given TAT, after sales service, complaint handling and customer retention.
  • Being updated with the changing market scenario and provide suggestions for improvement in the products, policies and processes.
  1. Collections Manager:
  • Responsible for managing delinquency across buckets and maintain the delinquency rates within monthly, yearly targets
  • Undertake regular customer visits for follow up and collection of overdue payments
  • Obtain daily updates on delinquent portfolio & initiate detailed account level review of high ticket accounts
  • Provide weekly, monthly follow up reports for all delinquent accounts in the portfolio
  • Initiate legal actions SARFEASI, Sec 138, Sec 25, summary suits etc. against chronic defaulters
  • Coordinate with law firms, initiate legal actions against NPA accounts, re possession and sale of property
  • Responsible for implementation and execution of the company s collection strategy in the region
  • Empanel & manage Debt Collection Agencies, Cheque Pick up agencies and law firms
  1. Operations Manager:
  • Process reengineering, Audits and Regulatory reporting
  • Coordinating with sales, operations, credit and customer service departments ensure roll out of new processes
  • Maintain MIS/ reports as necessary
  1. Credit Manager:
  • Understand and interpret results of financial analysis, banking analysis and bureau reports
  • Analysis of all customer related information in line with credit & risk policy to check eligibility
  • Meeting and personal discussion (PD) with customers to understand their business, profile and loan requirement
  • Study, analysis and interpretation of legal & technical reports of property
  • Study, analysis and interpretation of other internal check reports
  • Underwriting and sanction of Home loan/loan against property files sourced by sales team
  • Adherence to the policy/ process laid out by the Central team on all loan applications being processed
