Experience - 9+ Experience/exposure to: An Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) must have baseline capabilities as follows: End-to-end business management Real estate & property management Space management Operations & maintenance management Safety & Security management Inventory Management Business Services Management Environmental Sustainability Management Financial Planning & Analysis: Capital and Operational Expense tracking IoT and AI integration BSA/SA: Develop and define requirements/user stories to support process and system changes.
