Job Description

    As a Business Advisory Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical. Your key responsibilities will include:- Determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports and conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.- Practicing general accounting principles.- Anticipating, planning for, and reacting to risks and issues in projects, including categorizing their severity, considering the likelihood of occurrence, and developing mitigation & contingency plans.- Following an agile approach that integrates risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events for continuous project delivery.We are looking for someone who is adaptable, flexible, and has the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.Qualifications Required:- Any Graduation- 1 to 3 years of experienceIn this role, you will be expected to solve routine problems with guidance from general guidelines and precedents. Your interactions will mainly be within your team and direct supervisor. You will receive detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work, and you will be an individual contributor with a focused scope of work within a team.
