  • Demonstrates good business analysis skills and ability to interact with a wide range of Clients in banking and financial domain with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Requirement gathering, Gaps/Impact Analysis, preparing FSD, User Stories creation, Story grooming, Defect management and RTM.
What you bring (Experience Level & Mandatory Skills in potential candidate):
  • Very Strong Exposure in Core banking, Payments and Cards domain.
  • Indepth knowledge of confluence, JIRA, Cut-paste, Connectware, Message Broker, SharePoint, TestRail, SNOW and MS office tools.
  • Handled & delivered Change Control and Work request for Customer.
  • Well versed with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
  • Good Expertise on Client Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management and Team Management.
