Roles and Responsibilities 1. Coordinate discussions with stakeholders and SMEs2. Requirements validation - checking that the documented requirements meet stakeholder needs3. Requirements management - managing changes to the requirements as the system is developed and deployed4. Requirements analysis and negotiation - Requirements elicitation and resolution of gaps and conflicts in requirements5. Requirements specification (Software Requirements Specification) - documentation of detailed requirements in a requirements document based on the high level requirements provided by SMEs6. Must promote a high level of collaboration and teamwork with the project team within an Agile/ Scrum environment7. Involve in test scenarios reviews and provide direction to delivery teams on scope management & prioritiesMandatory skills: 1. 2 years of experience in BA role with working knowledge on Agile/ Scrum2. Should have participated in requirements analysis/ negotiation with international clients3. Applicant must be a team player, self- starter, meticulous, and detail- oriented.4. Ability to independently manage multiple, concurrent tasks and track to schedule a must.5. Excellent listening skills, excellent written and oral communication skills required.6. Specific technical skills include: Expertise MS Office, Knowledge of RDBMS, and Ability to participate and contribute in technical discussions,
