More about us at www.hiringpartner.asia | Like us at .com / hiringpartnerapac Business Analyst - MetricStream Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout Area) About the job: This is a long term BA consulting assignment is with a tech giant in the governance , risk & compliance enterprise software.You would Gather , understand , and document business requirements for a variety of MetricStream Governance , Risk , and Compliance (GRC) solutions; You would create detailed Functional Specification documentation to participate in the development , configuration , and installation of GRC solutions; Build model customer - specific use cases within MetricStream tools and products and conduct customer - facing training sessions; You will design and analyse key Reporting and Trend dashboards to assist customers in reporting key GRC data; You will use ETL tools to perform data migration and business processes from existing Legacy GRC Systems to MetricStreams eGRC platform; You will perform functional analysis and deploy GRC solutions (Internal Audits , Enterprise Risk Management) and MetricStreams eGRC Platform Suite. This position requires limited domestic travel to client sites (20%) Requirements You would have a relevant diploma or degree You would have at least 5 years of similar Business Analyst experience in a MetricStream environment You would have hands - on experience on modules such as (any combination) o 1) Enterprise / Operational Risk Management o 2) Compliance o 3) Internal Audits o 4) Issue Management o 5) Loss Management o 6) Policy Document Management System o 7) Third Party Management You would be a good strong team player Good communication & interpersonal skills Receptive to moderate level travel in the longer term Does this role excite you Why wait.
