Job Description

Business Analysts conduct market/ customer analyses, analysing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits. What youll do

  1. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  2. Requirement Gathering from clients at onsite
  3. Creating/Editing Requirement Document
  4. Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
  5. Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
  6. Analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgradations to existing systems
What we look for
  1. MBA with 1-2yrs experience or call centre experience.
  2. Analytical thinking and problem solving
  3. Requirements engineering
  4. Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
