Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience working with SalesForce.com. The Business Analyst has four core roles: Salesforce.com stewardship and application ownership Marketing integration, campaign support and metrics Sales report generation, data interpretation and analysis. Trend identification to support client development leadership in making better, more informed decisions Proposals database (Qvidien) management and reporting in support of the proposal development team What Youll Be Doing Provide system administration support of internal and customer- facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvement Enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities, including the construction of new reports and dashboards.
