You will have experience in analyzing complex business problems using data and provide actionable insights to our customer facing teams. You will have experience in identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to attribute key business drivers. You will have strong knowledge of SQL, CRM (Salesforce), Excel, Business Intelligence systems such as Tableau and Power BI and some experience with Python and R. As a Business Analyst you will be given the opportunity to tackle challenges impacting the growth of Citrix s growing subscription renewals business. You will work closely with a team Business Analyst, together as a team support the GEO Leaders to provide, insights and analytical support for their respective regions.Key Responsibilities

  • Turn customer journey data into actionable insights, recommendations, dashboards and reports.
  • Design and create dashboards and KPIs related to Onboarding, Adoption, Product Usage, Retention, Renewal and Churn.
  • Compare business performance against defined KPIs to identify trends and share key learnings and drive new operational programs
  • Analyze data to determine if the customer is At-Risk and ensure the early engagement.
  • Analyze customer data to reduce the churn and identify the root cause of churn
  • Identify win-back opportunities to recapture the lost customers.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3-5 years overall professional experience.
  • Bachelor s Degree focused in an analytically rigorous field of study is preferred, a MBA is a huge plus.
  • Self-starter with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in juggling through multiple projects and deadlines yet driving them to completion
  • Have strong business acumen, excellent collaboration and stellar communication.
  • Experience with Data Analytics and Modelling and ability to work with a degree of independence on data analysis.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Citrix products and services preferable but not essential
