GA-T-2015-10 Around 5 Years Welcome To Germane Analytics Pvt Ltd Job Code: GA-T-2015-10 Responsibilities: a) Functional resource with one or more industry experience (BFS, Retail/ FMCG, Healthcare) who can fit into multiple initiatives.b) Should have good Data Analysis capabilities so as to be able to analyze organizational data across multiple functional dimensions and suggest on the overall data model ( out of box solutions).c) Must have experience in requirements gathering, functional specification, UAT handholding.d) Establish networking with client organization.Primary Skills: a) Extensive exposure to Data Analysis and be able to define analytical models.b) Familiar with current Analytics trends and techniques and should have hands on experience on model building / implementation working in Analytics tools using R / SAS. c) Ability to convert a business pain point into statistical solution.d) Need to develop implementation options understanding project dependencies & risks. e) Ability to present himself as point-of-contact to clients and front-end the engagement.f) Excellent track of owning & delivering projects with high quality and on target.Secondary Skills: a) Understanding of industry trends in Analytical Solutions, Big Data. b) Exposure to dealing with structured, unstructured & semi-structured data.c) Exposure to OpenSource BI & Analytical stack. d) Familiarity with Data Warehouse lifecycle and implementation methodologies.
