You are Customer Relationship Management Analyst serves Citrix by supporting Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation systems and processes. In this capacity, it may be necessary to provide system support which may include software optimization, configuration, and maintenance. You are responsible for providing assistance to the sales organization to improve overall efficiency and increase system adoption.
The Service Cloud Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Salesforce.com platform for the worldwide Services organization. This role is the main liaison between business end users, IT development teams, and Salesforce.com support. The Service Cloud Analyst will be the Salesforce.com and CRM subject matter expert who specializes in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and user needs in order to formulate solutions that enable the overall business strategies. Will drive all phases of project life cycle including requirements gathering, application design, configuration, development, functional and user acceptance testing, and provide on - going production support post - implementation.
