*Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. The role will involve forming and scaling various programs for OAC teams in Bangalore in collaboration with the team in Redwood City. You will need to come up with strategy, plan and execute various programs such as hiring, industry events & conferences, campus connect programs and employee engagement. Responsibilities Include

• Partner with the talent acquisition team and drive the process of hiring top talent into the Analytics organization.
• Partner with the campus connect teams and drive the process of hiring top students from top universities into the Analytics organization.
• Partner with development leads to define and implement employee engagement programs including organization of level social events, rewards & recognition programs.
• Partner with human resources to drive organization wide initiatives.
• Partners with real estate and facilities managers to ensure seat allocations for new hires, resources for conferences and meetings etc
• Managing executive calendars for visiting leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in any stream, masters preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience leading cross functional programs with aggressive schedules.
• Experience taking a program from concept through launch.
• Excellent written and oral communication to apprise stakeholders of the program status, risks, and path to success.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
