  • Partner with human resources to drive organization wide initiatives.
  • Partners with real estate and facilities managers to ensure seat allocations for new hires, resources for conferences and meetings etc
  • Managing executive calendars for visiting leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in any stream, masters preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience leading cross functional programs with aggressive schedules.
  • Experience taking a program from concept through launch.
  • Excellent written and oral communication to apprise stakeholders of the program status, risks, and path to success.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
