Business Analyst with BFSI domain expertise Responsibilities 1) Understands business analysis activity as it relates to specific project and overall account as well 2) Elicitation of requirements from stakeholders and documenting 3) Responsible for Business Requirement Documentation completion, including meeting facilitation and securing approvals 4) Effective Communication of requirements with all touch points in the software development life cycle 5) Works with internal project group and business SMEs to ensure appropriate functional and non-functional use case requirements 6) Management of requirements traceability 7) Expertise in specifying and modeling functional and system requirements 8) Supports functional testing to verify and validate requirements 9) Should be aware of modern software development, integration and delivery practices using Agile methodologies 10) Actively participates in design sessions in specific areas of expertise 11) Defines solutions to address basic client business requirements 12) Demonstrates hands-on system acumen in an end-user capacity 13) Is able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Grasp technical concepts and adapt easily to change Skill Sets - Methodical, detail oriented, efficient, organized, resourceful, highly productive - Exposure to IIBA s Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) is an advantage - Ability to understand the larger context of problems, opportunities, and needs - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Strong written and oral communication skills Qualifications - 5 Years relevant work experience. - Experience with large scale System Integration Projects. - Experience operating in an Agile / Scrum environment. - Experience refining user stories and planning sprints - Ability to demonstrate an engaging, professional behavior while listening and communicating with clients at all levels This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
