Job Description

    HiGreetings from Adarsh SolutionsKey Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
    • Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and use cases to communicate requirements.
    • Work closely with development, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
    • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to recommend process improvements.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are aligned with business goals.
    • Create and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to update stakeholders on project status.
    • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience: 4 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects.
    • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management.
    • Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Office, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence change, and make recommendations to all levels.
    • Strong product management and Agile lifecycle knowledge with an ability to multi-task, recognize interdependencies, prioritize, and execute on assigned outcomes.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in the finance domain is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of financial systems, risk management is a significant advantage.
    • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and reporting tools is a plus.
