Ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting on Sales Compensation program. This candidate would report to the Manager, Sales Operations Shared Services This role will support sales compensation plan implementation, maintain commissioned participant records in the sales compensation systems, validate monthly sales commission payments and Quota setting. To accomplish these goals, this role will closely work with GEO/Regional Sales Operations and Commission Finance teams and perform the outlined responsibilities designated under the process he/she would support.This is a multi-functional sales operations role. The ideal candidate may demonstrate experience/knowledge in CRM applications viz. SFDC, Callidus and SAP Business Objects reporting and analytics.
