Ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting on Sales Compensation program. This candidate would report to the Manager, Sales Operations Shared Services This role will support sales compensation plan implementation, maintain commissioned participant records in the sales compensation systems, validate monthly sales commission payments and Quota setting. To accomplish these goals, this role will closely work with GEO/Regional Sales Operations and Commission Finance teams and perform the outlined responsibilities designated under the process he/she would support.This is a multi-functional sales operations role. The ideal candidate may demonstrate experience/knowledge in CRM applications viz. SFDC, Callidus and SAP Business Objects reporting and analytics. This includes, but not limited to, Sales compensation effortsKey Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Setting of Sales Quotas for approximately 1000 rep plans on a half-year basis and Managing Quota setting process. Comp Plan entry and verification is associated with this task.
  • Re-evaluating Compensation Plan effectiveness on a half-year basis.
  • Keeping Compensation Design up to date at all times.
  • Managing Interim plan changes via CRF (Change Request Form) in Excel format.
  • Coordinating Compensation plans at role level with high level Senior Management to align plans by individual and role.
  • Ensuring that the MBOs are all set, working with the various Operations Managers to ensure they are appropriate and adhering to the expected requirements.
  • Coordinating with MBO process Owners and measure the achieved targets within the MBOs against our forecast outcome.
  • Reporting on actual attainment against MBOs and submitting final attainment to Commissions.
  • Managing the Help Desk to support queries generated from our internal Sales force system, escalating where necessary.
  • Analyzing and contributing to Root Cause Analysis, in order to build process or answers repositories that will ensure a continuing percentage of questions are answered accurately on first contact.
  • Performing Bookings vs Achievement reconciliation
  • Check Achievement and commissions calculation
  • Stake holder Management Setting cadence with stake holders to have the routine connect to discuss around process & policies
  • Suggesting, justifying and implementing new and ongoing scheduled and ad hoc reports and Dashboards identifying trends and key drivers of metrics of Productivity and Quality analysis.
  • Suggesting, justifying and implementing process improvement ideas generated by team.
  • Ensure data confidentiality, integrity and protection of companys intellectual property.
Requisite Skills & Experience:
  • 5 years of relevant experience in in Sales Compensation/ Sales finance/ business operations.
  • Work closely with Senior Management, Director and above in driving key priorities at Shared Services level
  • Advance Excel Skills with VBA, Macros will be added advantage
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and through documentation
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance
  • Capable of working under tight and aggressive timelines.
  • Capable of working with Sales team / senior leaders directly.
  • Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
  • Able to articulate key business drivers across several projects. Understands the project impact to people, processes, systems and data
  • Ability to take initiative and to set priorities independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements
  • Business analysis using BI tools, SFDC Dashboards would be a plus
  • Knowledge in CRM and PRM applications namely SFDC, Callidus etc would be a plus.
