Return On Investment (ROI, Cost Benefit, Comparative Impact)Working closely with enablement leads, field stakeholders, enterprise data analytics experts, and sales operations teams, the Business Analyst will ensure internal business critical reporting and dashboards are kept up to date through a variety of automated script and manual configuration for global internal stakeholders to data-driven business impact measurement. She/he will provide first tier internal global response to data refresh, system access, and data load for a portfolio of Tableau, Watershed, PowerBI and other analytics solutions in our production environment.The primary focus of this position will be the active support of the Global Field Onboarding Center of Excellence. This position will be based in India.Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Support incoming requests from WWRACE Sales, Technical, Partner, and BU CoE teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver production data refresh for reporting solutions to the business.
• Support Management, Operations, Finance, other Reporting teams.
• Provide world-class customer service aligned to VMware EPIC2 values.
• Identify and escalate quality assurance issues in data, reporting, dashboard, and other analytics.
• Support best practices during the business intelligence and analytics
• Provide ongoing support to deployed or existing reporting solutions enhancements and change requests.
• Collaborate with globally dispersed colleagues across VMware to ensure effective reporting access, communication, and data policy adherence.
• Implement and recommend of the update and enhancement of critical management reports.
• Provide ad hoc reports output from core system to internal stakeholders.
• Manage data and metrics inquiries, maintaining up-to-date ticket information management in the team s shared workflow system.
• Proactively investigate, report and where possible - address data quality issues.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s Degree in Education, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• 5 years work experience.
• Strong Information Systems Reporting support experience.
• Hands on experience deigning and delivering data-driven business impact measurement programs.
• Excellent knowledge of and experience using Excel macros, scripts, pilot tables, and data analysis functions.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with Tableau dashboards and functionality.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with PowerBI reporting, dashboards and functionality.
• Experience in performance management measurement.
• Experience working with survey and sentiment analysis.
• Business requirements solicitation and project management experience.
• Excellent proactive customer service and communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Active collaborator and team player.
• Willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in training, educational services, or consulting.
• Agile experience and certification.
• Experience working with enterprise systems and data sources including SAP, SalesForce, Workday, Saba, Watershed Learning Record Store, Litmus, EduBrite, FreshService, Edcast, and similar systems.
• Foundational Data modeling knowledge and Data Flow Diagram documentation experience.
• SQL or similar data query language and database experience helpful.
• Previous experience in preparing management and executive presentations.
• Experience in business process mapping and documentation.
• Experience in an IT company, previous experience in dealing with sales, operations, and training information management.
