Job Description

Key areas of responsibility:As an Adobe AEM focused Business Analyst :Job Summary:Senior IT professional with at least 7 years of experience in business analysis with an emphasis on the marketing domain. Key areas of expertise involve product information management, digital asset management, (marketing) business performance, catalog management and web experience. You will be part of Philips Global IT Delivery organization working and deploying global IT solutions for Royal Philips.

  • The Sr. Business Analyst translates business requirement into IT solutions. Balancing out of the box solutions (SAP Hybris & Adobe AEM) versus specific business requirements minimizing customizations.
  • Understands business processes E2E, organization and objectives and is able to translate these into IT solutions maximizing benefit.
  • The Sr. Business Analyst is a counterpart of the business representation for functional requirements and works together with Sr. Tech Leads and third party (Vendor) who develop IT solutions.
  • Understands how the IT solution supports the Business Process End2End. Has process and IT landscape expertise in Healthcare.
  • Building competences that enable retention of Philips specific knowledge and control the quality and compliance of the solutions developed by third party (Vendor).
  • Responsible to maximize the use and acceptance of standard/catalogue based solutions to support business needs driving industry best practices processes.
  • Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities.
  • Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements.
  • Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials.
Position Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge of business process E2E.
  • Experience with Agile ways of working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural setting is a requirement.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Adobe AEM and SAP Hybris
  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among global work groups.
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Will need to supervise the activities of others.
  • Has proven track record in formal testing methods and preferably dealt with regulatory requirements and processes
  • Coaching / Leadership experience
  • Communicates requirements verbally and in writing / depicted form at various levels and can prove this
  • Requirements gathering experience
  • Lean mindset (and formal training)
Experience & Knowledge :Core technology expertise :
  • 8 12 years of relevant IT experience
  • The SAP Hybris & Adobe AEM aligned BA must have experience of at least 4 years
  • Must understand integration between Content Management and eCommerce applications.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Agile background preferred.
Good To Have :
  • PHILIPS EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS A PHILIPS PLATFORMS UNDERSTANDING/EXPERIENCE.
  • Familiar with (software) validation processes (SDLM, SVAL, NPSS, EU-MDR, GDPR, .)
  • Agile scrum (preferably SAFe)
  • American Productivity & Quality center (process framework)
