*Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed., *Atleast 7+ years of experience in payments industryIndustry formats (ISO 20022, Swift (Msg series 1xx, 2xx, 9xx at minimum), CPA, X9 etc)In-depth knowledge in Cheques, Real time payments, Immediate payments, Low value payments, and Direct DebitsDeep understanding and hands-on experience in payments schemes like TCH-ACH, RTP, Target 2, Sepa, Nps, chips, Chaps etc)Hands on experience in any of the major payments processing systems like GPP, IPSH, Voca link, ACI, SIA etcGather business requirements, business process flows in designing and preparing new systems/solutions.Ensure requirements have NFRs and take into account the technical constraints of the platformBreak down requirements into epics and user stories and work closely with all - stakeholders to define acceptance criteriaAssist with quality assurance testingCollect client feedback from User Acceptance Testing and document issues for the development teamAbility to create SQL with minimal direction for data retrieval from relational databaseExperience with JIRA, Confluence
