Leading IT software firm is looking for Business Analyst - Payments SMEMax CTC: upto 28 lacsLocation: Mumbai / bangaloreInterested candidates pl do share your updated resume with Deepaa on quotientjob1@gmail.comThis is a techno functional role into Payments SME;Job Description - Payments SMEExperience: 10yrs+Work Location:Navi Mumbai (Mahape), however, must be willing to travel to client location as when itsneeded.Prerequisite/Experience:

  • Around 10-12 years of experience in Banking Industry specifically on Payments systems
including system offered and supported by RBI, NPCI, CCI and other payments bodies.Worked on implementation of Payments systems as tech-functional leader.
  • Excellent Working Knowledge in Indian Banks in Payments systems and Alternate
Channels. Good to have for GCC.
  • Knowledge of Indian Payments Industry Related Rules & Regulatory and Payment
bodies esp. RBI, NPCI, Payments Acts, FEMA, Payment and settlement systems Act, PCIDSS etc.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the following area in Payments and Alternate
Channels:
  • Must have UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, SFMS, CTS, AEPS, BBPS, NETC, Aadhar Based
Systems, m-ATM, POS, Payment Gateways, Internet and Mobile Banking
  • Good to have - Prepaid Cards, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, IVR, Prepaid Instruments-
wallets, SWIFT, Interchanges, UAEFTS,
  • Experience on Certification process of payments system with legal entities like NPCI,
RBI, CCI, NUE,Responsibilities:
  • Excellent knowledge of functional requirements, functional architecture of these
systems. Preferable having technical architecture requirements these Payments &Alternate Channels and application using these systems.
  • Should be able to appreciate the latest tech architecture being implemented by banks
and fintech for payments.
  • Should be able to articulate, define and maintain Payments Solution requirements for
QA perspective which can be used for effective Automation Framework and adapt withcustom framework devolved by us.
  • Should be able to consult and advice clients on the payments systems especially on
digital transformation in payments and cashless transactions implemented / gettingimplemented in India and how to conduct testing to achieve smooth go-live and changemanagement QA.
  • Interact with Industry experts in Payments & Alternate Channels Industry and gather the
industry knowledge from them. Implement the learning in Banking CoP.
  • Design the standard process flow Diagrams, high level requirements and standard
scenario for Payment and Channels Solutions as part of central knowledge management.
  • Align with the Test Automation Team on Payments solution and design model for re-
usable of process and test assets for automation solution. Ensure effectiveness ofautomated solutions.
  • Lead Automation POCs for Payment Subject with automation team and ensure the
successful completion with client on agreed exit criteria
  • Ensure that the Payment and Channels Solutions knowledge and assets are re-used in
the Projects. Create payments solutions to be used as domain and automationaccelerators.
  • Read, research and conduct session of latest changes in payments and evangelize
existing clients and prospects
  • Conduct continuous training for capability building to the teams on these payments
systems and channels
  • Continuously updated about the latest industry trends for Payment s domain and align
the internal efforts towards the changing industry needs including Digital Changes andTrends in Payments Industry
  • Should be able to multiplex on multiple engagements, may be in different stages (presale
stage, POC, delivery, automation,,
