Role and Responsibilities: The business operations team is looking for detail oriented and analytical driven individuals. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting sales, sales operations and Finance team on WW level. The position requires interaction with international teams; hence the Business Analyst must be a self-starter with strong leadership and analytical skills that is comfortable working with distributed teams without direct management oversight. Collect functional and application data requirements from customers. Create and provide data analysis solutions using Microsoft Access. Integrate standard methodologies in each application development, data visualization and process flowsUse external databases to create analysis solutions. Create various different reports as required. Generate appropriate ad-hoc reportingOrganize incoming claims data for effective retrieval. Communicate effectively audit protocol processes. Develop process documentation and departmental procedures. Support access application with SQL Server backendCreate reports & dashboards for the Field organizationCreate ad-hoc Excel-based SQL reports for the field organizationPerform data analysis to resolve root cause analysisExecution of new assignment and projects collaborating with team members by providing them necessary technical supportRequirement: 3-5 years of experience in a MIS Reporting/ DevelopmentStrong knowledge MS Excel VBA is a must (minimum 2 years of experience is a must)Strong knowledge of SQL for creating reports is required(minimum 2 years of experience is a must)Strong knowledge on Tableau dashboard development is a must (minimum 2 years of experience is a must)Ability to create crisp reports and dashboardsKnowledge of SalesForce. Com or Oracle EBS is a plusFamiliar with ODBC environmentBusiness analytical experience within a highly dynamic corporate environment with IT, Sales, Finance & Operations organizationsExperience in creating Excel reports and Dashboards merging data for diverse data sourcesSolid attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skillsExperience in working with Global teams is a mustAttention to detail and strong interpersonal skills and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environmentAbility to communicate complex ideas verbally and through documentationExperience working in an onshore offshore model with teams from different time zones and culturesExcellent written and verbal skillsAdvanced knowledge of PowerPoint and/ or other data displaying applications would be a plusKnowledge on Sharepoint designing/ development would be a plusEducational Requirement: Bachelors degree is a mustPreferred SkillsKnowledge and experience on below applications: Excel & Advance ExcelTableauSQL/ PLSQLVBAMS AccessSFDC/ SiebelOffice applicationsNutanix is an equal opportunity employer.
