Perform Enhanced Service Request (ESR)- wide and customer- specific fallout analysis and provide associated volume sizing/ savings Create and provide fallout reporting, trending for monitoring of fallout upon request. Analyze/ audit BPO vendor data that details records worked in a month. Identify variances with ESR updates, invoicing etc. Support ESR reference data management, including maintenance of ESR tables that support fallout handling, DL Batch handling and LSR Contact information. Process table change requests from various organizations and identify areas where tables need to be cleaned up. Maintain tracker for all table changes. Monitor control reports to assure table updates are done appropriately Provide batch directory listing requests to book publishers as required Provide SLR Reporting according to monthly schedule Update KPI Reporting monthly Work with cross- functional teams for effective solution design. Support scripting efforts Provide sizing of opportunities for appropriate prioritization of development Create and maintain requirements documents Maintain Tracker of all scripting efforts and scheduling Certify changes in production Monitor production performance as appropriate Write and review Test cases for automation Scripts Execute Test cases for automation Scripts Log defects and assist in testing after the fixes are applied Support maintenance of automation Scripts Neustar does not accept unsolicited resumes from external firms or agencies.
