Job Description

ABOUT TEAM - SUPPLY: The Supply team manages the entire vendor ecosystem in the marketplace at Swiggy. We work closely with restaurants along the entire journey of on-boarding, relationship management and providing support services. We re an agile team of enthusiastic individuals who work on a wide spectrum of initiatives right from innovative ideas and projects that assist in goals of growth, consumer experience and economics on the vendor side, to vendor incentives within the compliance framework, to even managing the restaurant menu content on the Swiggy platform all geared towards our common vision of Changing the Way India Eats! Job Description & Responsibilities:

New City Launch
Ensure the turnaround time is adhered by the VMs. Assigned work is monitored and corrective actions if required is taken.
Work on Launch Projections with central supply and catalogue teams. Identify the type of launches and assess the kind of support required from Central supply, tech and catalogue teams.
Escalations
Ensure delivery activities is streamlined by working with restaurant partners to reduce escalations pertaining to Swiggy ops.
To work with partners and ensure the delivery glitches are addressed.
On a case to case basis if and when customer issues pertaining to food/ delivery arise, direct it to the right stakeholder.
Catalogue
To ensure that the catalogue team launches national restaurants on time.
To ensure the catalogue team delivers the revision tickets on time.
Projects
Identify projects which will help in compliance issues, business/ process improvements etc.
Develop and run pilot programs for above for the feasibility to scale it up for the country
Metrics Analysis
Work with restaurants and ensure delivery metrics are maintained.
Identify glitches in the metrics and ensure that the restaurant partners listing is improved in the App
Stakeholder Management
Interact with vendor management function of other cities to ensure that national chains are adequately trained on partner app and delivery hygiene.

Full time Graduate from a reputed college.
Excellent written & verbal communications skills
Willingness to travel 3-6 days a week (Within city-limits and using appropriate transportation)
Comfortable owning projects without handholding
Basic MS Office knowledge
Good judgment when it comes to managing these restaurants
Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment meeting deadlines
