Job Description

    Square Yards is Indias largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages and one of the fastest growing Prop-tech platforms in UAE, Rest of Middle East, Australia & Canada. Square Yards platform offers an integrated consumer experience & covers the full real-estate journey from search & discovery, transactions, home loans, interiors, rentals, property management and post-sales service.Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties, utilizing marketing leads provided by the company. You will conduct site visits for interested clients, manage negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures. Our target is 5-6 prospective site visits per week.Key Responsibilities:
    • End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties
    • Conduct site visits for interested clients
    • Handle negotiations with buyers and close deals
    • Achieve weekly target of 5-6 site visits
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • A graduate from any discipline
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
    • Proficiency in Hindi and local languages is a plus
    • Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Must currently be employed or serving the notice period
