Job Description

    Responsibilities And Duties Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program. Answer potential clients questions about home improvement projects or goals. Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules. Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment. Train other telemarketers when required. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control. Always communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers.Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business sales experience in a consultative selling environment. Experience of selling Legal Services / Copyright / Patent / Trademark Services; Familiarity with navigating multiple levels of a client organization to establish contact with key decision-makers. A team player who is independent and takes initiative in ensuring results. Demonstrable experience of deploying customer driven approach and good customer management skills. Ability to effectively identify new opportunities, negotiate, generate and defend business revenue. Willingness to travel.
