Job Description

As an inside sales representative , you will play a Key role in helping us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day (more often to international locations) , generating interest and converting inbound leads into qualified prospects , setting up appointments for the Sales team , and ensure the lead conversion ratios are maximised.This is a support role that reports into the Head of Sales and working in close co - ordination with the sales team and fuelling the pipeline of qualified leads with a combination of Inbound and outbound processing.Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities and meetings through inbound lead processing and outbound follow - ups via cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirements and create a qualified opportunity list for sales.Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureMaintain Salesforce CRM and MIS on an on - going basisResearch accounts identify key players and generate interest from key accountsMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territories Perform effective online demos to prospects , present capabilities offerings effectively.Requirements Proven inside sales experienceTrack record of over - achieving quota of leads and meetingsStrong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and maintaining MIS.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi - task , prioritize , and manage time effectivelyHow to Apply Interested candidates can submit resumes to hr@eidesign.net and mention the position and code they are applying for.,
