Job Description

    ResponsibilityDeliverable1. Lead Generation and Conversion (Inbound and Outbound)
    • Nurture inbound inquiries and maintaining healthy pipeline of leads
    • Generate new leads through tactical outbound reach
    • Create and maintain a database of leads for future marketing initiatives
    2. Build and maintain relationships
    • Do extensive market research amongst industries that need services like ours
    • Connect and maintain relationships with the key contacts across the strategic
    • targeted industry segments
    • Create and maintain a database of the leads for future marketing initiatives
    3. Develop management skills to grow into a Head of Business Development
    • Understand the business, evolve further and mature into a leadership role after successful achievement of the goals set.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
    • A masters degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
    • At least two years experience as a Business Development Executive.
    • Strong B2B Networking skills
    • Proficiency in managing growth and generating leads on platforms like LinkedIN
    • and other social media platforms
    • Good B2B liaising experience.
    • Exposure to digital marketing, sales & marketing tools like Lusha, Hubspot etc.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
