Job Description

Business Development Executive Required for Multiples locations Across India.Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting salon owners/stylist
  • Demonstrating proper use of hair styling tools and accessories.
  • Cross-selling the products as and when appropriate (eg. straighteners, dryers, curlers, tongs, clippers, trimmers etc)
Job briefWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to offer personalized services to our salon owners/stylist to help them choose the right hair styling tool.Business Development Executive responsibilities include visiting & mapping salon in the assigned territory. Demonstrating how to use hair styling tools for different styling techniques, suggesting products that meet clients needs and informing customers about product details, like its specifications and price. To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and are familiar with a wide range of beauty products.Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales quotas while marketing our beauty products to clients.Responsibilities
  • Appointment, management and growth of distributors in the territory assigned
  • Weaning out underperformers from the distribution network and replacing them with better candidates
  • Responsible for identifying and signing up salons in the territory assigned
  • Manage and maintain the network of salons
  • Achieve regional, category and brand level sales targets from time to time
  • Achieve qualitative and brand representation targets set by brands from time to time
  • Reporting sales, activity, business plans and goals in required forms and formats on a daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
  • Responsible for the performance of the territory assigned
Requirements
  • Previous experience as aBusiness Development Executive or similar role
  • Salon distribution, BW network knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of makeup, hair care and skin care products
  • Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
