Job Description

  • 10+ years of exceeding sales quota as a Major or Large Account Manager, Channel Account Manager, or Territory Account Manager for a multinational company
  • Responsible for driving SISA s global B2B strategy for MDR Solutions
  • Work closely with CXOs of the top enterprises across India to deliver on SISA s brand promises to the hilt.
  • Recruit, manage and establish a team of performance-oriented sales professionals
  • Strive to deliver team target performance across the assigned account base and exceed key performance indicator metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of how specific industries might leverage security solutions
  • Develop and drive joint business planning including revenue and unit goals. Create and implement key segment growth strategy across for Security Operation Centre (S-SOC) and MDR solutions
  • Achieve quarterly and annual target established by the company. Manage team performance on profiling contacts, lead generation strong long-term relationship building capabilities
  • Manage the different regions to ensure Overall Revenue and Profitability achievement
  • Follow ups and ensure total client satisfaction through the project life cycle. Responsible for project Negotiation and Closures, managing CRM and preparing RFP, quotes or SOW
  • Effectively manage the existing accounts to ensure increasing business and capabilities to give online Product demo and Presenting SISA s offering to client
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and other activity reports
  • Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept (POCs) with Product Management and Pre-Sales team
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and Partner/customer demands
