Responsibilities Develop Business Development strategy that bolsters the core strategic goals in India and across OnePlus globally Develop quarterly, annual, and 3- year plan for brand and marketing partnerships that bolsters the company s core strategic goals Hone insight into the smartphone industry, product, user and companies across industries Identify, take initiative and drive towards partnerships and opportunities that build results across the company Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to execute partnership deliverables Maintain and develop relationships with a network of diverse partnerships Requirements Bachelor s degree MBA preferred but not required 5- 7 years of total work experience, with at least 2- 3 years in the tech industry and at least 3- 4 years in a business development / strategic alliances / partnerships function Ability to work effectively in cross- functional teams in a fast- paced environment Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking Passionate about driving partnerships that create new opportunities Global mindset, committed to going the extra mile whenever needed,
