Job Description

We re looking for a BD Manager Smart Cable Guard to strengthen our team in Bangalore selling SCG and advising clients on the condition of their underground cables.Smart Cable Guard ( SCG ) is a n online multi - functional monitoring system for MV power cable networks. The system has two unique functions: detect and locate weak spots and detect and locate faults in underground power cables. The automated system immediately gives a warning when problems arise. Want to know more about Smart Cable Guard Click here !As a BD Manager SCG you will be part of the Global SCG team, and together with other colleagues you will sell and help to implement the SCG systems and services in India.Your tasks and responsibilitiesAs BD Manager SCG you will Identify, drive and facilitate sales and advice clients on the application of SCG within their MV network.Next to that, you will:Responsible for the sales pipeline/order intake for appointed SCG in IndiaDevelop market development plan and annual sales targets for SCG in IndiaMaintain overview of specific developments for the accounts and segments under your responsibilityResponsible for setting up annual sales plans for SCG IndiaBe able to translate technical requirements into business driversApproval of proposals in line with Chart of AuthorityAccountable for bid/no - bid decisionsEnsure accounts receivable and work in progress meet corporate guidelinesYou will be able to explain the technical features to the client) and launching SCG at new customersBe able to recognize the opportunities and limitations of SCG within MV network configurations (Industry, Utilities, Wind / Solar) and provide advice to customersPosition QualificationsWhat we are askingA team player who thrives when selling our SCG solution and the drive grow our SCG business in India with excellent communication skills.And:Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.Has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitabilityBuilds and maintains a strong network of both external and internal contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives.
